- All packages are shipped via Canada Post. The cost of shipping will vary on quantity and weight and will be shown at time of checkout.
- Due to size or weight, some items require extra shipping costs and will be noted in the product description. This cost will be added to the standard shipping cost.
- Occasionally items may be out of stock. In those cases, at our discretion, orders may be partially shipped or withheld until all items can be shipped out. Where orders are partially shipped, the customer will not incur further shipping costs.
- We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However postal delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors such as weather or strikes. As such we cannot be held responsible for these delays. In addition due to stock fluctuation, it may not be possible to ship a product right away. When this occurs we will inform you of expected delivery and offer a full refund if the date is not acceptable.
- Currently we will only ship product within Canada and the continental United States.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. Any price displayed on this website shall be subject to change at any time and cannot be used as a basis for a return or dispute.
All prices are shown in Canadian (CAD) dollars and applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
While we try to ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled.
Substitution of Goods:
Due to the nature of electronics, it may be possible to substitute one product for another. However, we not substitute any product until we have discussed it with you and we receive your written approval.
Orders are only shipped within continental North America only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Mexico.
International Orders are not subjected to HST. However, customers are responsible for any customs or taxes as required by laws governing your country.
Returns are only processed using our Returns submission form. Once the form is submitted, we will contact you as to how to proceed.
Returned and/or Cancelled Shipments:
If any package is returned to Sell24hrs.com due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option of having the package reshipped at an additional cost or you may cancel the shipment. However, please note Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We will credit or refund the purchaser for the item minus a re-stocking fee of 20%.

If a defect is found in a product within its warranty period, it can be returned using our Returns submission form. This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse or subjecting the product to conditions outside its specifications.
